About Us
At Holly Tree Honey, beekeeping is rooted in simplicity, respect, and a deep connection to the land.
Nestled on four peaceful acres in Southern Massachusetts, I care for two colonies of Italian honeybees using natural beekeeping methods and Warré-style top bar hives designed to support the bees’ instinctive way of living.
My approach is hands-off and sustainable, allowing the bees to build their own comb, raise their brood naturally, and thrive without unnecessary intervention.
The result is small-batch honey that reflects the seasons, local wildflowers, and the unique character of this land.
Our Vision
Each harvest is done with care, offering pure, unfiltered honey and fresh honeycomb, just as the bees made it.
Holly Tree Honey is a celebration of place, patience, and the quiet work of the hive.
